This includes securing quotes and bookings, communicating with clinics and surgeons, advising on preparation, accommodation and recovery, and providing ongoing support before, during and after your procedure.

Length of stay depends on your procedure and recovery requirements. We will advise on the recommended stay when you submit your enquiry. As a general guide, most procedures require a minimum of one to two weeks.
Not at all. Many clients travel with a friend or family member. We also connect clients travelling at the same time so you can lean on each other. For solo or anxious travellers, in-hotel support packages are available on request.
Yes. Bali Babes has a personal assistant on the ground in Bali throughout your stay to support you at appointments and during recovery.
Yes. Phone consultations are available by appointment only at a cost of $50 per call, directly with Lauren.
We strongly advise against this. If you contact Bonnie Hospital, BIMC, Royal Cosmedic or The Solitaire directly before engaging us, we will unfortunately be unable to assist with your coordination. The same applies to all partner clinics.
No. Using multiple agents creates confusion, delays and complications with clinics and means no single coordinator has the full picture of your journey.
